Recognition is one of the values that influences our Evolution MPC operations. We make sure to show our appreciation when a person embraces our company goals and creates success for both themselves and our organization.
One of the policies that has developed from the value we place on recognizing accomplishments is our commitment to finding and developing our leadership team from within. For example, Jarun and Josh, two of our crew leaders, were recently advanced. We promote based on merit, and they hit the numbers they needed, plus they’ve demonstrated their superior work ethics and leadership skills.
When Team Evolution MPC uses terms like leadership skills, we mean the following:
• Enjoy the Work: Leaders are more visible than most, and they set the tone for everyone else in the organization. When their teams see them enjoying what they do, it establishes job satisfaction as the go-to attitude.
• Support Others’ Development: Respected frontrunners know the value of knowledge, and make continual learning a lifelong habit. What’s more, they share what they learn with others and help them achieve their goals as well.
• Be Decisive: Planning is a vital skill in the business world, but once a plan is made it’s time to act. Effective leaders have go-getter attitudes that inspire achievement.
