Recognition is an Evolution MPC value that we practice as often as possible. We have many ways of saying, “Thank you,” too. Within a given day, we may applaud a team member’s efforts at a morning meeting, reward initiative with an all-expenses-paid trip, or announce that someone has earned a promotion.
Advancement is what we’re going to talk about today. Reggie, one of our most accomplished managers, earned a promotion to Director and will soon be opening his own office. What’s even more exciting is that this new location won’t just be down the street. Reggie is expanding Evolution MPC all the way to Salt Lake City, Utah! He’s worked diligently for this chance by focusing on his training so that he would be prepared to open and run his own location. Along the way, he’s been a standout performer, exceeding goals and supporting his team members in their projects as well.
Not only is this expansion exciting for our current event managers, but by opening the Salt Lake City office, Reggie creates opportunities for a whole new group of people to join our growing company. One of Reggie’s first tasks will be to interview potential ambassadors for good to assist him in raising awareness for charities using our event-based outreach campaigns.
