• Prioritize It: By scheduling brainstorming sessions, our leaders don’t just give us time and space to explore our imaginations – they show us that they value it. It’s far more meaningful than mere lip service.
• Reward It: Recognition is part of Evolution MPC life. Whether our people produce novel concepts individually or as a group, we express our appreciation for them. We even encourage creative expression by giving team members the freedom to decorate their offices and take risks.
• Get Out of the Office: Staring at the same four walls every day is a sure way to stifle innovative thinking. That’s why we sometimes hold meetings at local parks and coffee shops. Sometimes we even visit museums and historic sights, and jet-set to luxurious destinations. These activities give us fresh perspectives.
• Allow Passion Projects: Everyone throughout Evolution MPC shares common values, and we’re all moving toward the same mission. With such harmony, our people can easily work on their own passion projects as they pursue company goals. We celebrate such efforts, and help each other advance whenever possible.
