Travel is a central aspect of the Evolution MPC success strategy. It’s an effective way to thank our people for their hard work, and it yields many valuable benefits. Most recently, we ventured to Phoenix, Arizona to meet with top-level industry leaders.
During our trip, we received direct mentorship sessions with the industry vice president – who flew internationally to the meeting just to conduct the training. It was a real honor to get insight from someone who has so much knowledge, and who has achieved so much success! Team Evolution MPC enjoyed multiple sessions, one-on-one coaching, and even an informal dinner so everyone could get acquainted on a personal level.
Every trip we take has its perks. These are the biggest:
• Learning: Trainings from experts like the one in Phoenix, as well as conferences and other industry events, enable us to stay on top of the trends and best practices in our field. We acquire fresh knowledge and skills as well.
• Networking: Building relationships with people in our sector is another way to stay ahead of the competition. It also leads to exciting opportunities, such as coaching and referral options. What’s more, the connections we make offer value far into the future (because we carefully nurture them, of course.)
• Bonding: Exploring new places together is a great means of bonding. We grow closer as we make memories and relive them after returning to our usual daily routines. Our overall performance and morale thrive as a result.
