One of the perks our people receive from working at Evolution MPC is a chance to see the world. We support business travel opportunities whenever possible. This year, six team members headed to Park City, Utah for cross-regional training: Devon, Jan, Marcelo, Rae, Dante, and David.
The purpose of this trip was training. In our Evolution MPC culture, we support ongoing learning opportunities that strengthen our team members’ skills and expand their minds. Early on in our firm’s formation, we recognized that when we step outside of our comfort zones and into new settings, we set ourselves up for rapid growth.
In Park City, our Evolution MPC representatives worked in a different market. This opportunity allowed them to see how techniques we use to raise our voices for good may impact other populations. We also observed other methods that were applied to see what is effective with various demographics.
The trip was not without some adventures for our team members. While they worked hard as they immersed themselves in a new training environment, our people took advantage of being in a new destination together. When they weren’t working, they indulged in tourist activities which helped them forge richer working bonds.
Training and travel are two hallmarks of our Evolution MPC workplace environment. We frequently hit the road to attain new knowledge.
