About Me
My name is Jason Payne and I am the founder of the Competitive Advantage.
I have dedicated my life to creating high performing environments.
For the last twenty-three years I have coached Basketball at a high level while teaching Physical Education & Psychology at the High School level.
Education
Like my father, I am also a lifelong learner and am finishing up my masters in Sport and Performance Psychology at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. I feel that my education and passion for helping athletes be their best, coupled with my experience in connecting with young people on the court and in the classroom can help coaches take their next step to coaching excellence.
